RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Thank you for being a part of our community. If you’re not satisfied with the product or feel like a different size would work better, don’t worry, we are here for you!
- Returns and exchanges can be made within a window of 7 days from receiving the product. We offer reverse pickup services at no additional cost.
- We only offer refunds in the form of gift cards/ coupon codes.
- We offer a free first exchange of the product for all our customers. However, additional exchanges/ returns are subjected to a freight charge of flat 200rs.
- Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code and is subjected to change depending on the ground condition.
- To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition in which you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging and must have the original tag attached.
- Gift cards/ coupon codes and exchanges are released after successful reception and analysis of the original product by the team.
- If you are exchanging a product with another product of a lesser value, the balance money will be refunded back in the form of store credit/ gift card/ coupon code.
- If you are exchanging a product with another product of a higher value, the balance amount can be paid for through COD/Net banking/Store Credit.
- Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
- We do not offer any returns/gift cards during any sale period. We only offer exchange.
- All coupon codes/ gift cards must be used within 45 days from the issuance date.
- All disputes regarding non-delivery of order or incorrect product received need to be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
How to initiate Return/Replacement process?
Reach out to us on shopatoffbase@gmail.com with your Order Number along with the reason for return/exchange within 7 days of receiving your package. After your request has been reviewed, we will send you a confirmation and generate a reverse pickup for you.
After receiving the product back at our warehouse, it will go through a thorough quality check. After meeting all the conditions required for exchange/ return, we will re-ship the exchanged product/ release the store credit within a period of 15 days.
